Adding Badge into Outlook signature
After seeing several badly written or overly verbose instructions for adding Facebook badges into Outlook email signatures, I came up with these. I found some really bad videos that required using third party software. There is no need for that. These instructions should work with any badges. The example I am using is for Facebook.
In your browser:
1. Create your badge on Facebook. (At the bottom of the column on your profile page or http://www.facebook.com/badges/profile.php )
2. Save the image on your computer.
Open Outlook:
1. Click Tools > Options > Mail Format
2. Click Signatures Button
3. Select the signature file you want to add the badge to.
4. Click on Picture Icon (Just ot the right of Business Card icon)
5. Browse until you find the image you saved.
6. Click on the picture.
7. It should be in the edit box of your signature.
8. Click on the picture once.
9. Click on Insert Hyperlink (icon to the right of the picture icon).
10. Insert the link of your Facebook page (ie. http://www.faceboo.com/BillDrew ).
11. Click on OK.
12. Click on OK again.
